Health and Safety Policy

Our organization has been committed to creating an environment of sound health and safety
management. We have trained our trainees to remain in a safe condition, as there is an international
slogan Safety First. Health has also a major role in a healthy person can create a healthy work
environment.
To ensure our team, well-wishers, trainees, policymakers, and government/ non-government bodies we
have prepared the Health and Safety Policy trying to follow the standard model.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Obligations:
Management is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and
with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety, and welfare of
learners, workers, contractors, authorized visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our
operations.

Responsibilities:
Management:
Will provide and maintain as far as reasonably practicable:
1. Safe working environment
2. Safe learning environment
3. Safe systems of work
4. Plant and substances in a safe condition
5. Facilities for the welfare of workers
6. Information, instruction, training, and supervision that are reasonably necessary to ensure that
each worker is safe from injury and risks to health
7. A commitment to consult and co-operate with workers in all matters relating to health and
safety in the workplace
8. Commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.

Employees:
Each employee of the organization has an obligation to:
1. Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and
damage to plant and equipment
2. Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
3. Wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary
4. Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
5. Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety
6. Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial
7. Report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manager.
Application of this policy:
We seek the co-operation of all employees, learners, customers, and other related persons. We
encourage suggestions for realizing our health and safety objectives to create a safe working
environment with a zero-accident rate.
This policy applies to all business operations and functions, including those situations where workers are
required to work off-site.
