The EOSH UK Award in HACCP Train-the-Trainer (TTT) is a specialized program designed for professionals aiming to become certified trainers in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). This comprehensive course provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and instructional techniques necessary to effectively train others in developing, implementing, and maintaining HACCP systems. Participants will gain a deep understanding of food safety principles, risk analysis, and the HACCP methodology.

Assesment

This qualification is evaluated using assessments and multiple-choice questions (MCQ). To receive this qualification, the learner must pass both tests with a certain percentage.

The qualification has recommended course duration of 7-10 days.
Note: However the course duration may be increased to meet additional learning needs if required but not reduced.
